Stage Monitor Series

World class stage monitors applicable for both large and small concert stages, live music venues, and houses of worship, the EM Acoustics Stage Monitor Series gives you a selection of passive models with the option of both conventional and space-saving coaxial layouts to suit the most demanding artist, and variable coverage patterns that allow the performer freedom of movement while minimising spill into adjacent microphones.

M-10
M-10

Two-way compact passive stage monitor

The enclosure contains a 10” (254mm) neodymium LF drive unit, linked via the internal passive crossover network to a 1.7” (44mm) diaphragm, 1” (25mm) exit HF compression drive unit. The HF drive unit is coupled to a constant-directivity waveguide, which produces a 80°H x 60°V dispersion pattern. This wider dispersion pattern allows greater freedom of movement for artists on-stage, where high separation is not necessary. The robust enclosure is constructed from premium multi-laminate Birch plywood and is finished in impact resistant textured paint. The front of the loudspeaker is protected by a rigid steel grille backed with acoustically transparent foam. A pair of flush handles are provided, and two NL4 connections are provided on a recessed panel on the rear of the monitor for input and enclosure link. The M-10 is supplied in black as standard, however RAL colour matching and weather protection options are also available if required.

The M-10 requires a single amplifier channel, and should be used with professional power amplifiers capable of delivering 500-600W RMS into an 8-ohm load. For optimum results, the EM Acoustics DQ10 or DQ20 Advanced System Amplifiers, or the AQ-10 Series power amplifiers in conjunction with the DSC48 system controller (for loudspeaker protection) should be used.

M-12
M-12

Two-way compact passive stage monitor

The enclosure contains a 12” (305mm) LF drive unit, linked via the internal passive crossover network to a 3” (76mm) diaphragm, 1.4” (36mm) exit HF compression drive unit. The HF drive unit is coupled to a variable dispersion waveguide, which produces a 90°H x 40°V dispersion pattern at one metre, narrowing to 50°H x 40°V at three metres. This narrower dispersion at distance means a performer has freedom of movement at close range, whilst minimising spill into adjacent microphones at distance.

The robust enclosure is constructed from premium multi-laminate Birch plywood and is finished in impact resistant textured paint. The M-12 is supplied in black as standard, however RAL colour matching and weather protection options are also available if required. The front of the loudspeaker is protected by a rigid steel grille backed with acoustically transparent foam. Two steel bar handles and non-slip rubber feet complete the hardware package, and six NL4 connectors (2 each end, 2 on the front) allow for maximum cabling flexibility. The M-12 is available as either left or right-handed variants for stage pairing.

The M-12 requires a single amplifier channel, and should be used with professional power amplifiers capable of delivering 750-1000W RMS into an 8-ohm load. For optimum results, the EM Acoustics DQ10 or DQ20 Advanced System Amplifiers, or the AQ-10 power amplifier in conjunction with the DSC48 system controller (for loudspeaker protection) should be used.

M-C12
M-C12

Two-way passive coaxial stage monitor

The low-profile enclosure contains a 12” (305mm) neodymium LF drive unit with a coaxial 1.4” (36mm) exit HF compression drive unit, linked via the internal passive crossover network. Both the LF and HF drive units share the same magnet assembly, reducing overall weight and enclosure profile – making the M-C12 one of the lowest profile 12” stage monitors on the market today at only 316mm (12.4”) tall. The HF drive unit is coupled to a bespoke constant-directivity waveguide, which produces a 40°H x 60°V dispersion pattern on stage.

The robust enclosure is constructed from premium multi-laminate Birch plywood and is finished in impact resistant textured paint. The enclosure contains a pair of M8 threaded mounting points in each end for attaching the optional flying hardware, and a 35mm polemount is hidden discreetly inside one of the handles to allow stand mounting. When used in this way as a powerful front-of-house loudspeaker, the waveguide produces a 60°H x 40°V coverage pattern.

The M-C12 is supplied in black as standard, however RAL colour matching and weather protection options are also available if required. The front of the loudspeaker is protected by a rigid 2mm steel grille backed with acoustically transparent fabric and supported by steel braces for additional strength. Two flush handles and protective floor skids complete the hardware package, and a single NL4 connector is provided on each end within a sculpted recess for discreet cabling.

The M-C12 requires a single amplifier channel, and should be used with professional power amplifiers capable of delivering 750-1000W RMS into an 8-ohm load. For optimum results, the EM Acoustics DQ10 or DQ20 Advanced System Amplifiers, or the AQ Series power amplifiers in conjunction with the DSC48 system controller (for loudspeaker protection) should be used.

Two-way passive coaxial stage monitor

The low-profile enclosure contains a 15” (381mm) neodymium LF drive unit with a coaxial 1.3” (33mm) exit HF compression drive unit, linked via the internal passive crossover network. Both the LF and HF drive units share the same magnet assembly, reducing overall weight and enclosure profile – making the M-C15 very compact and sleek. The HF drive unit is coupled to a bespoke constant-directivity waveguide, which produces a 40°H x 60°V dispersion pattern on stage.

The robust enclosure is constructed from premium multi-laminate Birch plywood and is finished in impact resistant textured paint.
