10AL Loudspeaker

The biaxial 10AL/10AL-D are high performance 2-way line array modules. They employ a single 10” driver in a bass-reflex enclosure and constant directivity HF line sources with either 75° or 105° horizontal coverage respectively using dual 1” exit drivers. They are lightweight passive designs using neodymium drivers and large horns for accurate pattern control. With their frequency response from 60 Hz to 18 kHz both versions can be used as full range systems and can also be supplemented by subwoofers from either the xS or xA-Series. The18A or 27A subwoofers can also be integrated into the array. The enclosures are constructed from marine plywood with an impact resistant black paint finish and are Ball Impact Resistant according to DIN 18032-3 for schools and sports halls. The front of the loudspeaker cabinet is protected by a rigid metal grill backed by an acoustically transparent foam. The side panels have an integrated rigging system and the rear panel incorporates two NL4 connectors as well as a two pole screw terminal block. The loudspeaker cabinets and most accessories are also available with the Special Colour (SC) option that can be executed in all RAL colours, whilst the Weather Resistant (WR) option provides an IP55 rating, and enables operation of loudspeakers in changing ambient conditions.

KSL8 Loudspeaker
Z0780.000

KSL8 Loudspeaker

The KSL8 line array module produces an 80° constant directivity dispersion pattern in the horizontal plane over the entire operating bandwidth. The KSL8 houses two 10" neodymium forward facing LF drivers and two side firing 8" neodymium LF drivers. A coaxial mid-high section contains an MF horn with an 8" driver and two 1.4" exit, 3" voice coil HF compression drivers mounted to a dedicated wave shaping device. SL-Series flying hardware comes with a patended workflow with integrated tension and compression rigging modes, allowing splay angles between cabinets from 0° to 10° in 1° increments. The loudspeakers are driven actively by two channels of an appropriate d&b amplifier. One channel powers the 10” LF drivers, the second channel powers all other components, which are passively crossed-over. This component geometry allows for a smooth crossover design with well-defined overlaps between adjacent bands providing consistent, even and very accurate horizontal dispersion. Due to the arrangement of the front and side firing LF drivers, seamless directivity control is maintained from the lowest frequencies the loudspeaker produces to above 18 kHz. Further expanding flexibility and catering for applications where smaller arrays are used and ArrayProcessing is not required, the KSL8 includes the option to link two cabinets in Line or Arc mode. The cabinets are constructed from marine plywood and have an impact and weather protected PCP (Polyurea Cabinet Protection) finish. The front and side panels incorporate rigid metal grills backed by an acoustically transparent and water repellent fabric. Each side panel incorporates a recessed handle, with additional handles provided at the rear.

T10 Loudspeaker
Z0550.002

T10 Loudspeaker

The T10 is a passive 2-way loudspeaker housing two 6.5" drivers positioned in a dipolar arrangement and a 1.4" HF compression driver and a passive crossover network. The T10 can be used both as a line array and as a high directivity point source loudspeaker. The HF driver is fitted to a unique waveguide horn producing vertical line source directivity with a 90° horizontal pattern that is maintained down to approximately 600 Hz. An acoustic lens placed in front of the horn widens horizontal dispersion to 105°, rotation of the horn by 90° relative to this produces an accurate point source dispersion, transforming a vertically oriented T10 into a stand-alone full range loudspeaker with 90° horizontal and 35° vertical directivity pattern. The T10 cabinet is constructed from polyurethane integral hard foam, incorporates integrated line array rigging hardware and has an impact resistant finish. The front of the loudspeaker cabinet is protected by a rigid metal grill backed by an acoustically transparent foam, and two EP5 or NL4 connectors wired in parallel are mounted on the rear panel.

V8 Loudspeaker
Z0515.002

V8 Loudspeaker

The V8 is a 3-way passive design housing 2 x 10" LF drivers, one hornloaded 8" MF driver and two 1.4" exit HF compression drivers with 2.5" voicecoils mounted to a dedicated waveshaping device. The symmetrical dipolar arrangement of the neodymium LF drivers around the centrally mounted coaxial MF and HF components allows a smooth overlap of the adjacent frequency bands in the crossover design. This results in an exceptional 80° horizontal constant directivity dispersion control nominally being maintained down to 250 Hz. The mechanical and acoustical design enables flown vertical arrays of up to twenty four loudspeakers. It can be used in columns of purely V8 loudspeakers or combined with V12s and / or with V-SUBs. The V8 cabinet is constructed from marine plywood and has an impact and weather protected PCP (Polyurea Cabinet Protection) finish. The front of the loudspeaker cabinet is protected by a rigid metal grill backed by an acoustically transparent foam. Each side panel incorporates a handle, while two additional recessed grips are provided at the rear bottom of the cabinet.
